Job Description:

Our Role:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in executing sales and compliance initiatives
  • Inspiring and leading a team of passionate individuals to achieve set KPIs and sales targets
  • Crafting memorable shopping experiences for each customer

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires full-time commitment, including availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You will support the Store Manager in running the store efficiently and profitably.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need established experience in customer-focused positions, preferably as a supervisor or assistant manager in a retail environment. You must possess exceptional people and communication skills, along with the ability to motivate and rally a team to drive sales while fostering a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness.
