Our team is passionate about creating sustainably made outdoor gear to help people experience nature's benefits more often.

This part-time role requires availability to work a mix of weekdays, some evenings and weekends. Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Driving and motivating a team of outdoor enthusiasts
  • Supporting store management in daily operations, ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes and standards are in place
  • Taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of senior managers
  • Creating an enjoyable customer experience

You will have strong retail or customer service experience, sound knowledge of retail operations like stock control and visual merchandising. You will love and have experience and understanding of the retail sales environment with excellent customer service skills.

You will be adaptable and able to cope well within fast-paced retail environments. You should share your genuine passion for our products and business growth with customers and colleagues.
