About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & Loyalty Strategist to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a loyalty strategy that drives customer lifetime value and delivers exceptional shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a loyalty program that rewards customers for their purchases and encourages repeat business.
  • Build and maintain actionable consumer segments based on behaviors, interests, and customer lifetime value.
  • Work with our operations, e-commerce, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor ratings and reviews, and assist the customer support team in turning detractors into influencers.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in retail e-commerce, CRM/loyalty management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing a direct report and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, web sales, direct marketing techniques, and order fulfillment strategies.
  • Clear understanding of how consumers operate in an omnichannel environment.
  • Experience building, managing, and reporting on customer lifetime value.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience working with data sources and manipulating data for templates.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento, and a preference for Klaviyo.
