About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tourism and Venues Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy that drives growth and revenue across international, interstate, and intrastate markets.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in support of our expanded campus, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support development of tourism products and execute agreed campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
  • Use your expertise in travel, tourism, and venues industries to inform marketing decisions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a Tourism and Venues Marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing with significant practical experience in Tourism and Venues marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing marketing and communications programs with significant, measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to manage project and campaign budgets and deliver tactics within budget.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
