A seasoned professional is sought by a reputable dealership to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for promoting finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers, providing seamless support to the sales team, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Your Skills & Qualifications:- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Business Manager role
- Tier II Certification and current financier accreditations are essential
- A proven track record of achieving targets in finance and insurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and effective time management
- A customer-centric approach with strong negotiation skills
- Sell finance, insurance, and warranty products to customers
- Support the sales team with lead follow-up, deal closing, and finance options
- Ensure compliance with all relevant finance and regulatory standards
- Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the buying journey
- Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks
