About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team at Amazon's Project Kuiper initiative. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide counsel on compliance requirements applicable to the provision of internet access and similar services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel clients on ISP-specific billing and customer disclosure requirements, network management rules, public funding programs, interconnection, and regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Develop out-of-the-box strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways.
  • Build processes that address risk and allow Kuiper the flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of legal experience
  • Law degree and admission to relevant bar association
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
  • Experience in the communications industry is a plus
