Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
As a seasoned Corporate Counsel, you will provide counsel to clients on various compliance requirements applicable to the provision of internet access and similar services, such as ISP-specific billing and customer disclosure requirements, network management rules, public funding programs, interconnection, and regulatory reporting obligations.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Project Kuiper team as a Compliance and Regulatory Lawyer. You will work closely with the Kuiper team and across Amazon to develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk and allow Kuiper the flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced lawyer who is passionate about technology and enjoys being challenged. You will have strong writing and legal counseling skills and an insatiable curiosity for learning new technologies and legal issues.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of legal experience
Law degree and admission to relevant bar association

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
Experience in the communications industry is a plus
