IT Support Specialist for Coastal Safety and Rescue

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis IT Support Officer position plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing desktop environments, providing technical support across all computing and room presentation devices, handling inquiries, and escalating as needed.
- Maintain an effective asset register for all IT equipment.
- Oversee Office 365 services and licenses.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of SLSA applications, providing timely support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
- Carry out acceptance testing for changes to SLSA systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications or equivalent relevant experience in supporting computer systems.
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and a vehicle or access to a vehicle to travel between offices as required.
- Flexible approach to work hours.
- Willingness to participate in an After Hours On-Call support roster.
