We are seeking a highly skilled Life Safety Specialist to join our team at Scentre Group.

As a key member of our Life Safety team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of life safety systems and technology across our 42 Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand.

Your primary focus will be on advancing process consistency, training, communication, and compliance within our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement digital automation for business-wide systems and processes
  • Support the development of online management systems
  • Communicate system requirements and deliver related training content

In addition, you will work closely with and support the Life Safety Performance and Reporting Manager.

Requirements:
  • Strong communicator and consultant
  • Process-driven, adaptive, and efficient
  • Dedicated to service and customer focus
  • Results-oriented, timely, and thorough
  • Skilled in Life Safety databases, technology, and training solutions
  • Experienced in process improvement, change, and project management
  • Knowledgeable in training frameworks and technology solutions

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
