Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems Specialist

We are currently seeking a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems Instructor (Pilot and Maintenance Technician).
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and updating training syllabuses and class rosters
- Determining daily instructional needs and adjusting content and delivery as necessary
- Identifying and scheduling training resources, including facilities, hardware, and flight time availability
- Verifying compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and maintenance standards
- Conducting classroom, practical, flight, and simulation instruction and demonstrating maintenance procedures and practices
- Assigning student work, administering informal student assessments, and completing daily student records
- May administer Pilot and/or Maintenance Technician written, oral, practical, flight, and simulation student assessments
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and work experience as an Instructor
- Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) and Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate
- Knowledge of RPAS, including air vehicle, ground segments, and supportability
- Knowledge and skills of maintenance processes and procedures, tools, troubleshooting techniques, and standards
- Ability to operate in remote national and international locations

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
