We're looking for a data-savvy professional with a passion for artificial intelligence to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with consumer research, experimenting with data, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Job Description

You'll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and innovate our AI-driven consumer insights platform.

Our platform empowers brands to bring the voice of the consumer into the earliest stages of their ideas, building confidence and momentum in their work. We enable quick testing and iteration, reducing risk and delivering impactful ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Insights: Provide relevant, accurate, and actionable insights through our platform.
  • Data-to-Insight Process: Streamline the data-to-insight process and enable users to conduct deeper analyses.

You'll shape how our AI models interpret and respond to consumer research challenges. You'll design experiments, build prompts, and refine data interpretation methods to ensure sharper insights that guide marketing decisions.

Requirements
  • Market Research Experience: At least two years in a market research agency or similar environment.
  • Experimentation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to design, conduct, and iterate on data experiments.
  • AI Awareness: An interest in or exposure to AI concepts, such as LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and agent frameworks.
  • Web Development Awareness: A basic understanding—or an eagerness to learn—fundamental web development principles.
