Site Engineering Manager Job Overview

The Site Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and directing site-wide engineering and maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high level of leadership and technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of the site's engineering and maintenance activities.

  • Lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning, utilizing strong project management skills and industry knowledge.
  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset reliability and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to drive operational efficiency and improve overall performance.
  • Drive strategic planning and implementation of engineering projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets for engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Maintenance and Engineering Management within FMCG, Food Manufacturing or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
