About the Role

As the Automotive Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers—over the phone, online, and in-store. You'll need to juggle customer service with basic admin duties, so being organised and tech-savvy is a must.

You'll be trained and supported every step of the way. What we need is someone eager to learn and naturally good with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and check in customers upon arrival.
• Phone Management: Handle up to 40 incoming phone calls per day.
• Booking Management: Use Navision to manage customer bookings.
• Quoting & Product Navigation: Use our website for basic quotes.
• Digital Communication: Respond via Podium messaging platform.
• Administration Tasks:
  • Daily till reconciliations
  • Processing and filing purchase orders
  • Scanning invoices, internal filing and general admin

• Reception/admin experience preferred (auto or retail ideal).
