Description:

Are you an experienced healthcare professional seeking a leadership role in aged care? We are working with a leading provider of residential aged care services, seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 100 bed facility.


 Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing and compliance
  • Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
  • Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence. They will possess:

  • Qualifications: Registration with AHPRA and clinical background essential for this role
  • Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
