This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to lead and mentor a team, partnering with an experienced Service Manager and administration team.
Key Responsibilities- Foster effective communication, ensuring each resident and their representative's participation in care plan development and implementation
- Participate in end-to-end recruitment, replacement, and assessment of employees as required
- Assist in fortnightly roster preparation
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Nursing, current APHRA registration, and five years' experience as a Clinical Manager in Residential Aged Care Services.
