We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our campaigns from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and analytical mindset, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Oversee creative output across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and production workflows to ensure timely delivery
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for future improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth through innovative acquisition and retention strategies

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced eCommerce or digital-first environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that perform
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and creative tools such as Figma
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
