About You:

  • Prior experience as a Regional/Area or State Manager in retail
  • A focus on training, event planning, and community engagement
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
