As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking seasoned retail security professionals to protect various sites in Brisbane.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish a strong visible presence to safeguard client properties
  • Maintain approachability and deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with the public, visitors, and clients
  • Efficiently resolve security incidents in a timely manner
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times
  • Avoid untidiness and maintain a well-presented appearance
  • Display excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Respond professionally to incidents
  • Be physically fit and committed to delivering high-quality customer service

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Able to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current QLD Security Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Proactive, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Own transport and a valid QLD driver's license
  • Australian citizen with unrestricted right to work in Australia
