We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated administrator to join our team. As a key player in the success of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of administration are running smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on managing internal stock and repair systems, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company procedures. You will also be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent planning and organizational skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal stock and repair systems, ensuring accurate records and adherence to company procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, contribute to visual merchandising efforts, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and discretion when necessary.
  • Familiarity with stock control and management systems, as well as experience with banking and end-of-day procedures.
