Job Role Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the administrative aspects of a store, ensuring they align with company procedures.

This involves delivering exceptional customer service, fostering collaboration among colleagues and customers, and identifying best practices to share across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to established audit and security protocols.

In addition, this role entails overseeing internal stock and repair systems, maintaining high-quality product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

  • Manage internal stock and repair systems in compliance with audit procedures
