High-performing HR Business Partner needed for a dynamic and growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert HR advice and support.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive, management and employees on industrial instruments, company policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensure effective induction and orientation of new employees and leaders
  • Provide specialist advice and case management on employee relations matters
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit survey and interview data analysis

Requirements include a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field, minimum 5 years generalist HR experience and excellent stakeholder relationship building skills.

This is a full-time role with flexible working arrangements.
