Human Resources Strategic Advisor

As a strategic advisor, you will be instrumental in providing expert guidance to stakeholders across various departments. Your role will encompass interpreting and implementing organizational policies, as well as offering support and consultancy services to managers and employees.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their knowledge and skills to drive operational objectives forward. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Qualifications in human resources or a related field, preferably at certificate or diploma level
- Significant experience in interpreting policy and/or EBA T&Cs
- Strong negotiation and implementation skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
While experience working in a contact centre environment is desirable, it is not essential. However, the successful candidate will have a solid understanding of stakeholder needs and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
