Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead and coordinate the design and documentation of road, earthworks, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects. As part of our team, you will contribute to major developments and work across various market sectors, including energy, mining, water, transport, property, and buildings.

You will mentor junior team members, enforce client standards, and foster a culture of quality and precision. Your role will involve engaging with clients and multi-discipline teams to deliver high-impact projects, enhancing relationships to deliver outstanding client experiences.

You will also develop your technical and leadership skills through on-the-job and formal training, with opportunities to contribute across planning, design, and construction phases.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years proven design and management experience in road, earthworks, drainage, and general civil infrastructure projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key client design standards.
  • Exceptional collaboration in a complex multi-disciplinary environment and relationship building skills both for internal and external client relationships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
