Position Overview

An exciting opportunity exists within the Training Academy team for a Technical Advisor to deliver expert technical guidance and assistance related to Daikin's extensive product offerings. This role is pivotal in ensuring users receive the necessary support to address any technical challenges they may encounter. Reporting directly to the National Technical Manager, the key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering technical assistance to end users, dealers, and internal service personnel.
  2. Building and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are effectively met.
  3. Instilling confidence in clients by providing accurate and reliable information.
  4. Utilizing product specifications and service documentation to convey precise information.
  5. Documenting all inquiries in the database, outlining the issues and recommended solutions for clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of an HVAC trade qualification.
  • A strong desire to transition into the training and support sector of the HVAC industry.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development within the HVAC field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport.
  • Familiarity with HVAC and control systems is highly valued.
  • Prior experience as a Service Technician is essential.
