As a Customer Service Representative - Retail Associate, you will be an integral part of our energetic and supportive team environment. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

To succeed in this role, you must be well-spoken, confident, and outgoing. You will need to interact and engage with customers effectively, building strong relationships and driving sales through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide informed advice to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maximize sales potential

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Full availability on late-night trade and weekends
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
