Our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintechs, and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.

Our Digital Enablement team is looking for a Product Manager, Issuing to join us on an exciting transformation journey. We aim to provide innovative digitally enabled Issuing solutions to our clients who use Cuscal for Issuing payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end product management and roadmap of our Digital Enablement squad.
  • Evaluate product competitiveness to enhance business impact and product profitability.
  • Resolve product-related issues and foster positive client relationships.
  • Clearly understand the relationship between clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients.
  • Monitor projects to provide recommendations and solutions in line with product roadmaps.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of our products.
  • Represent Cuscal's interests in relevant industry working groups and forums.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to help improve payment processing efficiency.
About You:
  • At least 3 years' experience in product management in the financial services industry, with experience in Issuing and Card Management Systems highly regarded.
  • Experience in development and execution of product management tactics for complex products.
  • Demonstrated experience in product development/enhancement of business cases for B2B partners and clients.
