Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to oversee the financial practices of our organization, provide strategic direction to administrative and support staff, and contribute to the development of our annual operational plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Exercising financial delegations, preparing reports, and making recommendations on financial control.
- Auditing operational expenditure on a regular basis and providing financial insights to stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of our organizational strategy and associated initiatives.
- Maintaining, developing, and upgrading our complaint management system, and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Providing high-level support to senior leaders in human resource issues.
- Ensuring our organization's compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, current working with vulnerable people registration, and a valid driver's license. The position requires flexible working arrangements, with 73.50 hours per fortnight available.
