Working closely with the wider team, you will provide customers with technical advice and product solutions that meet their needs. As a rural products sales representative, your responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate product knowledge and exceptional customer service – in-store, on farm, and over the phone

  • Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Affording timely delivery and invoicing
  • Evaluating effective stock control measures, including regular stock takes and rotation

We're seeking individuals with:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment (Agricultural products preferred)
  • A strong understanding of seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft suite and operating POS systems
  • A current driver's license, forklift license, and Agsafe accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
  • A passion to deliver high-quality customer service with excellent communication skills
