Job Overview:As a Country Activation Marketer for the Automotive Aftermarket Division, you'll have the opportunity to apply your talent in bold ways that matter.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of the Marketing Plan for Australia and New Zealand
- Align with global strategy and define activities for successful execution
- Stay well-informed about key products to propose effective marketing actions
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring high returns on investment
- Monitor results, refine improvement points, and develop effective marketing promotions/programs with sales and engineering teams
- Conduct demand planning based on programs and portfolios
- Validate industry implementation of marketing activities and take the voice of the customer to promote improvements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- MBA preferred
- Minimum 2+ years related working experience in marketing or a related field
- Innovative, analytical, and strategic thinking
- Solid problem-solving and execution skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
