Country Marketing Strategist for Automotive Products
This is a challenging role that requires someone to lead the execution of the marketing plan for Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning with global strategy, defining activities, and executing them to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of 3M's Automotive Aftermarket Division products and will propose actions to increase marketing efforts.
Responsibilities include managing budgets effectively, ensuring the highest return on investment, monitoring results, refining improvement points, and developing effective marketing promotions/programs with the sales and Application Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in demand planning based on programs and portfolios, as well as validating industry implementation of marketing activities and taking the voice of the customer to promote improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need innovative analytical skills, strategic thinking, solid problem-solving, and excellent coordination and communication skills.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with an MBA, and a minimum of 2+ years of related working experience in marketing or a related industry.
