As an Employment Coach, you will provide hands-on support and guidance to help participants transition from school to work, while also delivering person-centred supports to those who require additional assistance.

  • Support the development of individualised employment plans, tailored to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each participant.
  • Deliver training and education programs that focus on developing essential skills for employment, such as job readiness and interview techniques.
  • Collaborate with employers to identify opportunities for employment and provide support to ensure successful transitions into the workplace.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
