Our organization is seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our Masonry and Hy-tec teams.

We are excited about the opportunity to offer various job opportunities that allow you to up-skill and try something new in Brisbane and surrounding areas.

The available positions include:

  • Concrete Truck Drivers (HR Licence preferred but not essential)
  • Quarry Operators
  • Loader Operators
  • Yard Workers
  • Concrete Batchers
  • Laboratory Technicians

As a successful candidate, you will receive formal training and mentoring from our seasoned and skilled people. This tailored training will ensure you're prepared and confident for your new role.

Our selection process involves a two-way street:

  • A brief phone call to explore your potential fit
  • An in-person interview where you'll see one of our sites & meet the team

Requirements include:

  • Medical test including a drug & alcohol test
  • Police check
  • If you are interested in a Concrete Truck Driver role, you need to have held a full Australian Driver's Licence for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual)

Upon securing your position, you will start a comprehensive Onboarding Program. Depending on the role you are successful for this program runs from 2- 6 weeks.
