  • Plant Operators: Ensure the efficient operation of plants, managing resources and personnel to achieve production targets.
  • Truck Drivers (HR Licence preferred but not essential): Transport materials and equipment between sites, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Concrete Batchers: Prepare and mix concrete according to specifications, ensuring consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Yard Workers: Assist with loading and unloading materials, maintaining equipment and performing general yard duties.
  • Quarry Workers: Extract and process raw materials, working safely and efficiently to meet production demands.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentoring from our experienced team members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their role.

Selection Process:
  • Brief phone call to explore potential fit
  • In-person interview at one of our sites

We require applicants to undergo a medical test, including a drug and alcohol test, as well as a police check. For Concrete Truck Driver roles, a full Australian Driver's Licence is necessary, with at least 2 years of experience.
