
Audiological Performance Specialist

Clinical coaching is a key component in enhancing the performance of our clinical team across clinics in Queensland.
This permanent full-time position involves collaborating with our State Sales and Operations Manager of Queensland West and national Clinical Excellence Manager to provide direct support to clinicians through coaching, education, and training programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and diagnose client hearing loss using various techniques, including audiometric tests, and provide recommendations for solutions.
- Counsel clients and families on overall treatment and assist with noise control and hearing conservation strategies.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Audiologist or Audiometrist qualification with solid audiological skills and knowledge.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Previous coaching experience.
- Excellent levels of customer care and service.
