Audiological Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to provide expert audiological support to key account customers. This role involves participating in industry conferences, planning and delivering training presentations for conferences, workshops and webinars, and working with customers to grow and develop their businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert audiological and surgical support to key account customers
  • Participating in industry conferences (fully subsidised)
  • Planning and delivering training presentations for conferences, workshops and webinars
  • Working with customers to grow and develop their businesses

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • High level of organisational, planning and time management skills
  • Flexible and able to handle a high degree of variability in the role
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to handle a high degree of complexity in the role
  • The ability to prioritise tasks autonomously
  • Outstanding problem solving ability
  • Be able to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes

The following qualifications and experience are essential:

  • Masters degree in Audiology
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in the implant sector - ideally
  • Holds a current Australian driver's licence
  • All applicants must be eligible to be, or are a current member of Audiology Australia
