We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale biofuels and bioenergy projects. Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing contracts, commercial agreements, and supplier relationships. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration across EPC, O&M, licensing, and supply agreements.
  • Manage contract obligations, risks, claims, and variations to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
  • Support procurement and supplier engagement, ensuring partnerships align with sustainability and innovation goals.
  • Provide trusted commercial advice and governance to project leaders.
  • Build respectful, collaborative relationships with contractors, suppliers, and joint venture partners.
Requirements
  • A degree in Law, Engineering, Business, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience in contract management, commercial management, or project delivery in energy, renewables, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC and O&M contracting models.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on safety, trust, and integrity.
  • Experience in biofuels, bioenergy, or renewables will be highly regarded.
