Store Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail operations and sales management. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and motivating in-store teams to achieve targets, focusing on retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, and team management.

  • Support and motivate in-store teams to drive sales and profitability.
  • Develop and nurture the store team, unlocking their full potential.
  • Be trained as a product expert, managing teams presence around the store and influencing sales space.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have proven experience driving sales and profitability in store, strong communication skills to establish and coach high-performance teams, adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business needs, and a positive attitude and enthusiasm for products and core values.
