This role involves operating assigned plant and vehicles, carrying out laboring duties in the maintenance and construction of roads, parks, and gardens, and ensuring a high level of operational standard is attained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating minor plant including line markers, hoists, elevated work platforms, trucks, tractors, mowers, slashers, edgers, and brushcutters etc.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks and servicing of the plant.
- Contributing to the safety of staff and public through the appropriate use of safety equipment and clothing.
- Delivering Traffic Control at Worksites as directed.
- Following written and oral instructions.
Requirements:
- A Drivers Licence Class MR unrestricted.
- NWS WHS Construction Induction (White Card).
- Demonstrated ability to operate a variety of plant ie Line Markers, Hoists, Elevated Work Platforms, Trucks, Tractors, Mowers, Slashers, Brush Cutters etc.

Current First Aid Certificate.
Proven ability to read and understand simple plans.
