This role offers a broad scope of work and the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be working across multiple L1 tickets and responsible for delivering end-user support.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing timely and effective technical assistance to employees
  2. Prioritizing urgent tickets and managing workload efficiently
  3. Supporting voice and video conferencing and IT asset management
  4. Liaising with business stakeholders to resolve issues

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (2010 - 365)
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
