About the Role

We are seeking a caring, experienced, and enthusiastic Facility Manager to take ownership of this beautiful facility. This role is autonomous, yet you'll have the support of a dynamic and professional senior management team.

  • You'll receive support to ensure your success in the role.
  • Access to industry experts in clinical care, governance, quality, and AN-ACC, fostering a strong, collegiate culture.
  • You'll be part of a stable, high-performing, and experienced team.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Registered Nurse Division 1 with current AHPRA registration.
  • Previous experience in facility management or extensive experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Strong clinical skills with excellent people management capabilities.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ACQSC, continuous improvement, and quality systems.
  • Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and overall facility operations in aged care.
