Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute professional to join our Sales & Leasing team based in Ballarat. As a Commercial Real Estate Consultant, you will play a key role in the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties across the region.

About You:

  • You don't need to have real estate experience, but rather possess exceptional communication skills, a natural hunting instinct, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ideal candidates currently hold a commercial or B2B role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially astute individuals with previous property sales & leasing experience or B2B sales background are highly sought after.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Ballarat.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate property transactions from start to finish.
  • Conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key account clients.
  • Deliver market knowledge and advice to clients.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing department the marketing & selling of properties.
