Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in line with their personalised care plans.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing the best possible care and support to clients in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Assisting clients to develop skills that promote independence and confidence
  • Attending to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing and other daily activities
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration
  • Working collaboratively as part of the care team to deliver holistic care and support to clients

  • A warm and caring nature is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with vulnerable individuals and their families
  • The ability to go above and beyond to provide excellent care and support is crucial
