About this role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to our hospitality function within the care home. You will use your fantastic food services and cleaning skills to provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.

  • Maintaining legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards.
  • Completing required documentation and reporting, responding to residents' queries and requests, and performing laundry and catering duties.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential.

  • Understanding of work health, safety and hygiene practices and ability to work unsupervised.
