Procurement Operations Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement operations professional to join our global sourcing and procurement team. This role involves implementing S2P infrastructure solutions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and working with colleagues to maintain complex procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in global sourcing, procurement processes, and supplier engagement. They will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving detailed issues with vendors, reviewing purchasing transactions, and identifying opportunities for pricing improvement. They will also work with suppliers to document and resolve source-to-pay-related issues, increase spend under management, and monitor procurement performance metrics.

About this opportunity:

  • Implements S2P infrastructure solutions within the geography, ensuring compliance with company policies relating to Source to Pay.
  • Works with Sourcing and colleagues to ensure complex procurement activities are in place and maintained, to ensure that the organisation's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.
