Job Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Sourcing Team.

This role is for a developing professional individual contributor in Procurement Services, working under moderate supervision.

The ideal candidate will implement S2P infrastructure solutions within the geography, ensure compliance with company policies relating to Source to Pay, and work with Sourcing and colleagues to ensure complex procurement activities are in place and maintained.

  1. Resolve detailed issues with vendors regarding price, delivery, and terms to maintain relationships.
  2. Review Purchasing transactions to recommend incremental sourcing activity / contract compliance / opportunities for pricing improvement.
  3. Work with colleagues and suppliers to identify, document, analyse, and resolve any source to pay (S2P) related issues.
  4. Increase Spend Under Management – working with Sourcing teams on managing the category strategy, tail spend and compliance using category playbooks and rule engines to push spend through preferred vendors.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting – monitor Procurement performance metrics using Qlik. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Risk Management - Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier risks and compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • 1-2 years' experience in global sourcing, procurement processes and supplier engagement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Commercial acumen—experience in the financial sector is a plus.
  • Experienced in data analysis and financial cost model development.
  • Energetic and self-motivated individuals enjoy not only working in a team but also having autonomy to complete your role.
  • Strong customer-focus with proven ability in influencing, communicating and negotiating.
  • Proactive self-starter who is highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results under tight deadline.
