We are seeking an accomplished Business Manager to spearhead our Product team in Electrical.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with high energy, high achievers who thrive in bringing amazing brands to life. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and drive product category direction & performance.
The successful candidate will lead the performance and strategic direction of the Business Unit, manage top class relationships with suppliers, retail partners and stakeholders while keeping an eye on sales targets, and develop in-store trade marketing solutions with retail and suppliers and manage 3rd party marketing agencies.
The role requires developing and delivering key business objectives to grow the business, driving growth of the online business for your category, maximizing distribution opportunities using retail data and market insights, and providing product training and support to the merchandise team.
