Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to serve as the Regional Security Delivery Manager for the Asia-Pacific region.

This individual will play a pivotal role in safeguarding commercial transportation programs across the region by developing and maintaining strategic plans to support efficient and effective delivery of security services in customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and report status information, escalating problem areas to provide timely remediation of issues.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Security Service delivery teams and CTS Operations and Engineering to ensure needs are understood and work stays on schedule.
  • Manage and report on problem resolution, actively communicating progress to drive issues to conclusion.
  • Work with Security GSAMs to understand protocols for performing work, ensuring plans support standardized work protocols and developing new protocols as needed.
  • Serve as principal regional liaison with internal and external customers to collect feedback and concerns, providing status about planned and ongoing work.
  • Coordinate with CTS regional service delivery managers and Cubic CISO to support operations for the regional support.
  • Maintain open communication with the CISO, CTS regional directors, and management regarding work status and issues.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Project Management: Proven history supporting project and program management services for large, complex IT systems handling sensitive information.
  • Security Operations: Deep understanding of security operations and/or system development.
  • Technical Change Direction: Ability to capture and describe technical changes necessary to support security compliance to engineering staff and senior managers and customers.
  • Compliance and Standards: Familiarity with international standards including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, and NZ ISM.
  • Risk and Security Governance: Experience dealing with Security Risk Management SMEs to capture risks and remediate these risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as senior security representative to the regional management team, customers, and partners.
