About the Role

This is an exceptional chance for an aspiring manager of people and programs to join our team. As a Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and visiting multiple OSHC services in Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will also be required to travel to Melbourne once a month for training, professional development, and networking with supportive colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple OSHC services across the region
  • Manage service coordinators and staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Monitor service quality and provide support to resolve any issues or challenges
  • Act as a liaison between parents, educators, and management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and guidance to service teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
  • Diploma or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., children's services, social services, education, business administration, etc.)
  • Previous experience in coordinating multiple services or programs is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals
