As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to helping make our members' world better. Your role as Disclosure Specialist in our Brand, Marketing & Communications team will involve working with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate these into clear, concise, and effective high-quality disclosure documents that are understood and enjoyed by stakeholders.

You will be responsible for coordinating the production process for disclosure documents, including compliance, legal, and verification processes. Additionally, you will ensure document compliance and maintain service standards. This will involve analyzing disclosure materials for implementation into content-driven verification systems and monitoring changes to documents using various programs such as InDesign, Adobe Acrobat DC, and Keystone.

This is a 12-month max-term/secondment opportunity due to parental leave. However, we are flexible with location, provided you can attend our Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne office locations at least once a week.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of two years' experience in financial services. You must be able to interpret legal and insurance documentation and opinions and analyze information. Furthermore, you should possess planning, analytical, and project management skills. Strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) are also essential.
