Job Description

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless shopping process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide the full shopping experience to each customer through personalized service and efficient transactions.
  • Process sales accurately and efficiently using our point of sale system.
  • Maintain store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
  • Support stock deliveries and inventory control.
About You:
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Be able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate alignment with our brand values and organizational principles.
  • Be flexible with your availability, including all school holidays.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Have retail and hospitality experience, though not essential - we value the right attitude over experience.
